Sad, was held hostage in bangkok , thailand b6 korean air lines! I had bought , a rount trip ticket from toledo , ohio to bangkok , thailand, paid $ 1285 .00 when I tried to return home korean air told me , sorry you have to pay another $ 870.00 to return home… I could see paying $ 200.00 to change ticket, but they said I had to pay $ 870.00 for a return ticket! Talking about GREED! I am a sky pass member , with over 125000 miles… and also a disabled vet! Thank you! Korean air!

Flight was cancelled via China air November 11 at last minute. Was given new flight 12 hours later with Korean air. 2 ladies employed by Korean air working out of SFO made it happen. Hai In Lee and Joo Young Kim were instrumental in salvaging our trip. They went above and beyond in performing quality customer service. Thank you Ladies and Korean Air!
Please help me with my issues I brought two tickets from an agent to Ho Chi Minh City from San Francisco for November 22 back December 17. I found out that I had Cancer and have Surgery on September 8 by doctor think after Surgery I can travel on November 22 however they found out that I have more Cancer cell and need Chemotherapy 5 months and than another Surgery after Surgery I will have another 2 months Radiation please please help me I need to postpone – credit my husbandās and my tickets for one year, the agent told me they will need a letter from Korean airline than they will do it if not they will not do it, I spoke to Korean airline They told me that agent can postpone our tickets for one year, I have letter from hospital to show that I am sick and unable to travel now please no one want to be sick and please please please help I been go back and far from agent and Korean airline 4 days already without anyone who can help me
