    Hi,

    I flew on 3.4.2018 from Helsinki to Istanbul with TK1762 and from Istanbul to Asmara with TK576 for development cooperation work. I had to pay for 25kg of extra-luggage, in total 675ā‚¬, on behalf of my employee Finn Church Aid. Due to limitations on my bank account, I paid 200ā‚¬ from my Credit card, 200ā‚¬ from my Debit card and 275ā‚¬ in cash. As the gates were already closing, the Turkish Airline desk staff did not have time to write a receipt for me on the total payment but promised to send it to my email the same day. Yet, I have still not received the receipt in my email and thus cannot reimburse the payment from my employee. Please, contact me on the matter as soon as possible.

    I travelled from Banjul to Istanbul and from Istanbul to Helsinki 30.11. – 1.12.2018 using Turkish Airways flights TK 597 and (TK 1761) but factually TK 1763 because the first flight was delayed around three hours and I lost the flight 1761. My whole trip from Banjul to Helsinki was delayed more than five hours.

    I found quite hard to get any connection to you. Phone number in Finland in not in use, e-mail address doesnĀ“t work.
    The flying dates for one customer has been changed, why? The new date is not possible for your customer and she needs her money back, but it seems to be impossible, because itĀ“s not possible to contact to you.

    There is a bossy lady at the office, doesn’t smile, she looks very pissed all the time and basically has 0 interest in solving your issue. I almost lost my flight due to her non-willingness to help. She offered me to reschedule flight which costed 500 euros extra. I still had one hour to board the plane, refused to let me drop my luggage so I ended up leaving my luggage behind and boarded the plane without it, only clothes on my body. Thank god for good Finnish border guards who actually understood my situation and helped me board the plane without Turkish Airlines’ assistance.

    I have always use Turkish Airlines to fly from Helsinki to Addis Ababa. Since the website says 2 baggage 23 km for economy class, I have been able to use that.
    The problem right now I called to the office in Helsinki and the guy who answered is telling me from Helsinki to Addis Ababa baggage allowance is 30kg. Website still says 2 baggage 23kg.
    Dose anyone can answer me why this is?

    Your clerk helped us to fly to Egypt by changing our tickets to Cairo to fly to Hurghada instead, and it was our actual destination. HE DID A REMARKABLE WORK BY HELPING US, DESEKYYR, SHOUKRAN. He is a male empolyee.

    on Sunday 08.05.2022. The officer promised to send it to my email, but I have not received a document of the invoice.

    Hello there. Me and my wife travel every year at least ones from Helsinki to Vietnam Hanoi and back, staying there longer time every trip. We have used your company and experience have been good and connection via Istanbul is working well. Only problem for me is my length, 191 cm. I have tried to reserve exit rode seat but every time they have been occupied. Now I am asking if you have so called “premier tourist” class used in this connection Helsinki-Istanbul-Hanoi and how much more expensive it is roughly compared basic tourist class?

    Very bad service-Turkish airlines.
    We have 22 golfer 29.11 from Helsiki to Antalya.Flights are change many times.Now we have 12.25 from Helsinki in Istanbul 17.15 and 18.10 to Antalya.Its to short time.And back 13.12 Now its from Antalya 9.40 and we must wait in Istanbul over 4hour.First was our tickets from AYT 11.40.
    I have written to HELSALES@THY.COM. 2 weeks ago only automatic reply-no answear.
    Now we try with Belkagolf change flights

      Most of the airport will verify the name with the passport. Please call and check with your destination airport or your airline.
