Thanks to ONLY Danylo an Joselyn I was able to take the flight on March 27, 2021. I didn’t have QR code + something else and insurance to show. For approximately 2 hrs, despite the bad internet connection and problems (partially working webs), they didn’t give up! Danylo continued helping me even after his shift was over! I want to thank Danylo and Joselyn for technical and moral support again and thank YVR for having employees of the BEST quality. To me, this guys are not just the stars – they are a miracle workers – they really went above and beyond to help me! Thank you and God bless you all!
