Iām Muhammad, contacting you regarding the trouble I have faced due to the mishandling of my flight by flydubai. I had a flight from Karachi to Calgary today with Dubai and Europe transit in between. When I went to fly Dubai counter to check in they took an hour to check the connections and duty manager confirmed everything in timatic my status as I had 2 transit in Europe ( Amsterdam & Paris). The guy over the checkin counter ensure me Iām okay to board a flight and taged my bags for final destination too. When I land Dubai, after 13 hours layover I went to boarding with airfrance (klm) airline and they denied my boarding because they told I canāt take two transit in Europe. However, this have been confirmed by flydubai In Pakistan already that I can fly and there is no issue. I had missed my flights due to incomplete information provided by flydubai agent and I had to buy new ticket from Dubai to Karachi to come back.
This whole experience was not even tiresome but also furstrating and waste of my money. I have to fly back to Canada ASAP due to my work. And the last minute incident like this cause me mental stress as well. I would like to you to look into my case and reimburse me the travel expense as I had this terrible experience due to flydubai inefficiency. Iām attaching the ticket for your reference.
