- Expectant mothers can travel in Turkish Airline till 36th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
- After 28th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.
- You must apply for medical clearance by submitting a medical information form (MEDIF).

Me and my husband are booked for Zagreb on 22 May. However my frequent flyer membership number 465050777 says invalid when I entered it. Our booking ref. is TBUWTW.
Also, am trying to apply for a travel insurance but when it goes to payment, it says only valid for Turkish Citizens and Foreign Nationality with Turkish Residents and in the form, the Foreign ID Number has to be entered.

I requested information regarding what is the authorized baggage allowance on international flights? I currently have a flight departing Kuwait destination USA. I think the positive reviews that this airline gets are completely fake, with no single detail. I missed a flight due to customs delay and called the local agent who assured me that I can use my inbound leg of the flight for a fee. Fine? OK. I flew to my destination, and then called Turkish airline agents in my current destination, and the drama started!
“Sir you have to fill a feedback form”…..Done
“Sir we have sent you request to the management”….OK!
“Sir we have escalated your request to the higher management”…As if I’ll buy shares in Turkish Airlines !!
The irony is, I called my local agents back home, and instead of solving my problem, they sent me back to the call center in Turkey and cost me around 30USD for the same response.
After more than 10 calls in 3 days..I’ve got an e-mail “We apologize for your experience and regret to inform you that we can’t let you fly on YOUR OWN SEAT back home”. Do they care about their customer? Not at all. They sold the seat to someone else…and made money! That’s all what they care about. Don’t fly with them unless you really have to. You have been warned!
