Travel during pregnancy in Tap Air Portugal
Expectant mothers can travel in Tap Air Portugal up to
36 weeks or up to 4 weeks before expected delivery date for an uncomplicated pregnancy
32 weeks
Pregnant twins, triplets, etc. for an uncomplicated pregnancy
Medical certificate is required if the pregnancy condition is

- more than 36 weeks
- of twins, triplets older than 32 weeks;
- doubts about the time of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery;

The Medical Information for Fitness to Travel form (Download the form) must be completed by the passenger’s attending physician and sent to TAP.

Hi,
I left my laptop on the airplane on 7th June.
I contacted through email, facebook, and telephone lines but got nothing.
How can I get more information?
Last year I booked a flight for my wife and I from Lisbon to Funchal on May 2,2020, and a second flight from Funchal to fall on May 8, 2020. Per EU guidelines, I requested a refund for these trips, and although I have called, emailed and Messengered your offices in regards to such refunds, none have been forthcoming. On August 18, I was advised by Messenger that the tickets in question had been cancelled and the refund made back to my credit card. It never happened. After more conversations on Messenger, I received a note that on October 1,2020, that my request had been successfully submitted. As TAP flies into the U.S., I suppose it’s time to contact The Dept. Of transportation. Can you give me one good reason not to.
My luggage was lost on my flight tap new jersey I put a claim in the airport lady who took all my information down did not give me a claim number I call the number they gave me no answer and the mail box is full just does not make sense than I called the 1800 tap number and they were rude and worthless lost luggage has all my important medicine in it now there telling me there not open till Monday please just make it make sense when you can travel 7 days how is tap lost luggage only open Monday thru Friday horrible customer odds are I will never see my luggage again
Yesterday I flew from Lisbon to New York, my luggage is missing and nobody at airport helped or even cared about, they just said , go online . I came back home and I tried to go online, I am so frustrated because I went online and it asks for a complain file number that they were supposed to give to me at the airport !!! It must a really bad joke !!
I called TAP phone number, and it ask to leave a voicemail, this way TAP will call me back, the problem is the voicemail box is always full and do not accept any other message.
No answer and voice mail is full. No way to contact
My daughter flew from Boston to Lisbon to Paris on Sunday ( it is now Wed) and her giant black suitcase full of everything for her entire year there. Very unsuccessful reaching a human being. I went back to Logan last pm. To no avail. Please help. I left a note w the info at the empty desk there and no one called me!
I can’t find anywhere online a lost baggage form for traveling after 24 hours.
My bag has been lost twice in 1 trip by TAP from Lisbon to Casablanca and reverse.
