I (Keong Pau An) purchased a return ticket booking on Aug 25 for 2 pax for Keong Pau An and Ooi Soo Keow from Subang to Seletar for Dec 22, 2019 and Seletar/Subang for Dec29, 2019.
To date I have not received any e-mail PNR reference confirmation although my credit card had been debited for this booking.
HSBC had indicated to me Fireflyz’s transaction code of T15903 for this purchase.
