How to certify DG equipments? Question relates to our company (Sensire Ltd) manufactured radio equipment which is a sensor that measures temperature for example in aircraft kitchen (food temperature) or in aircraft hold for example during temperature controlled transportation for medicines or food. This equipment uses radio spectrum (emission) to sent measured data from sensor and it includes lithium battery.
Does IATA have regulations or standards that defines requirements for this kind radio equipment? Tests according to DO160g will be performed where applicable. What kind certificates we need to have to provide our solutions to air companies?
