    aer lingus is refusing to pay me back my refund despite the fact that my flight was canceled due to covid 19 lock in Europe. the fare is 1312 dollars. it will be appreciated if something can be done about it.

    They are not getting back to me as I need to change a date to travel
    Bought a ticket last year but i could not travel due to covid.. for the past few months I am trying to contact them to get me a new date to travel next month but they r completely ignoring me..
