In 4 weeks am going to visit Doha, Qatar, for 2 days (Saturday morning until Monday evening) with my husband (both Danish citizens) on our way to Australia. We travel with Qatar Airways. Unfortunately, it has been very difficult for me to find out what to do about visa to Qatar. Can we get the necessary visa, when we arrive in Qatar? Or do we have to apply in advance ? If so, how should we do it??

Monday the 2nd of April I arrived after a very good and enjoyable travel from Maputo via Doha, on business class.
My original plan of returning is scheduled to Wednesday the 11 of April.
Just now I have send my document and passport to Stockholm for visa for Mozambique where I live.
The question is if the documents will manage to arrive in time before departure.
Is it possible to change the date to the 13th of April leaving in afternoon/ night and coming to Maputo the 14th of April in the afternoon ?
What will this change cost ?

I have face two items travel in Bangladesh from Doha to Dhaha and dhaka to doha worst service ever, from copenhagen to doha service was fine but after that unethical service, no customer care, no drinks, have to take off seat and ask every one hour to crew, baggage missing, broken baggage, late baggage arrival, rude manner from dhaka airport qatar employees(mannafi), i don’t understand why? so i am thinking to fly emirates for next times.

Why this time when I book the ticket, you got the notice that I have only 30kg baggage include hand luggage??? And I only know that after I paid and got the ticket?? Could you please confirm me?? 2. I have a small baby will fly with us, could she got a small bed for her on the aircraft?? and her travel trolley which we will take with me will count as oversize luggage? or is it free( not count) to carry on airplane?

Very unprofessional and rude costumer service with a very little knowledge about Qatar airways standard and value. A phone receiverd(NOt costumer service provider) i would say called Kautilya was very rude, unhelpful regarding my ticket refund issue. He was in a hurry to hang up the call, i seriously doubt the standard and values of Qatar airways after talking with him.

I made two bookings on 8th October 2020, Booking references are VLRH4O and VO742A. We showed up at the airport 3 hours early at the Copenhagen airport today (22 October 2020) morning. But we’re asked to fill-up the online form so as to submit at Kathmandu airport, Nepal. (Later I came to know that we can fill-up the form at the Kathmandu airport itself). So, I filled up the form for myself and my family as well. It took a very long time for filling up the form as well as printing them because there was a queue in the Ticketing office. When I went back to the Qatar airways counter, it was already closed. Then I came back to the Ticketing office and explained everything. The Ticketing officer asked to call Qatar airlines itself. I tried to call the Qatar airlines office in Denmark. But, the phone was not picked up for more than half an hour. After then, the ticketing officer asked me if I would like to change the ticket. There was no option for me. So, he helped me to changed the ticket with an additional charge of 5,798 DKK on VLRH4O and 1,825 DKK on VO742A (according to the invoice I received from the Ticketing office at Copenhagen Airport). My question is why we couldn’t board without filling up the form even though we can fill it up at the Kathmandu Airport? I have even checked in electronically as well yesterday. So, I would like Qatar airways to return my additional amount paid for the changed ticket. I am sure that Qatar airlines, being a very reputed airline, will consider this matter and listen to the customers in case of trouble. I totally believe that Qatar airways resolve this issue with no hesitation. Thank you and have a nice day ahead.
Your customer service in Copenhagen is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!! I need information about my voucher for a flight cancelled earlier this year. Not only is it impossible to get through to the office by telephone but your website and social media contacts are also useless. My side on the website is also absolutely no help. Not helpful nor transparent about reasons for throwing people off flights

My husband(Zulfiqar Ahmed Mughal) is in Pakistan. He had to fly to Denmark with Qatar Airways on the 4th of April, which he could not because he was COVID-19 positive. (booking number: RV5VGB, Flight QR 633, and E-ticket number: 157-3853310093). I want a refund for his ticket, as he was not able to take the flight due to corona.
By finding the rules for Denmark from the IATA homepage (https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/world.php), I can find out that passengers entering or transiting through Denmark with a medical certificate with a positive COVID-19 PCR issued at least 14 dags, and at most 84 dags before arrival are exempted from the rule of showing a negative COVID-19 test. The same information can be found on the home page of the Danish health authority (https://coronasmitte.dk/raad-og-regler/emner/rejser-til-eller-via-danmark/personer-der-rejser-til-danmark-med-fly).
I called Qatar international customer service at Copenhagen airport about this matter. Firstly, I am sorry to say, but I cannot call it customer service as the employee did not have information about this running matter. An employee at the customer service cannot reply to the customers if he/she is not updated or if he/she is not able to find relevant information about the queries.
Secondly, I want to be sure he will not be refused to fly with Qatar airways from Pakistan. What should my husband do? He has booked again his seat in Qatar on 20th April (14 dags after the first positive corona test). If there is any requirement to fly with a positive corona test taken 14 dags before departure, please do let me know.
