    Good morning,
    I have flight ticket with ANA airlines from Tokyo to Duesseldorf and can take 2x23kg baggage.
    I have only one piece of suitcase but I plan to take a shinai with me – bamboo kendo sword as
    a secong luggage. Is it possible to carry it without any extra charge?

      My flight was on July 16 at 12:52am. I am not sure of the time because of the time different in Vietnam so I call the customer service and they said that the flight is in noon in Vietnam but when I get there my flight left already. So is was actually in the morning but they give us fault information so what do I do now or who do I contact regarding this if I bought the ticket online. Please help cause we still stuck in Vietnam and we are traveling with a baby. Thanks
