I have for 3 weeks trying to find the status (progress) for my cancelled booking RU2APA by ringing Sydney local 13000 655 767 number. It i always engaged day and night. I have tried the main office Canada number 888 247 2262 and have been put on hold for long times until I hang up
I have also rang 800 6699 2222 it also is always engaged.
Travel agents experience the same problems.

Two years ago paid for flights from Perth to Vancouver. In May 2020 they cancelled the flights without notice. Since then Air Canada has refused to make refunds. They’ve also removed all their support contact details from their website. Air Canada brings shame upon Canada as like some criminal organisation they have stolen our money in order to keep their company afloat. What a disgusting business! Advise that you do not ever use Air Canada as a carrier for you risk them stealing from you.

Me and my wife came to Australia for 5 months in October 2019 and still stuck in Australia (more than 1 year) due to COVID-19 situation. Our flights are changed multiple times by Air Canada due to flight cancellations.
