Good evening Air Canada;
I am Chan from Singapore. I have booked a flight with Air Canada from SFO to YYZ. My departure from SFO is about mid night. I understand that the flight time is about 5 over hours. This is my first time travelling with Air Canada. I have some questions to ask;
1) Will there be any meals and drinks provided onboard during the flight, SFO to YYZ?
2) Do we have to pay for it?
3) Can we bring our own food like sandwiches and drinks onboard?

I canceled a flight with Air Canada (Reservation number MM3VKM).
On the booking confirmation it stated that I could cancel a booking with a $200CAD fee.
When I cancelled I was told that no refund is given after 24hr of purchase.

Your office says they cannot help me change my ticket date. You told me to contact Taiwan office but they cannot help. I finally bought a new ticket myself but I still need to get a partial refund on my old ticket and cancel it. I cannot find anyway to do this even on the Air Canada website.
