I am planning on booking a flight for my wife and me and our two daughters age 7 and 11.
We have two dogs that we need to bring with us on our flight from Bangkok to Toronto. Booking reference 32RC23. You have changed my return flight from Bkk on March 15 to a flight with a nine hour lay over. I also have a 5 hour lay over at the end of my flights and am not accepting this change to have 9 hours in an airport. Please email me other options. Either book me transport and a hotel or another flight. I’m willing to travel on March 13 or 14 if this helps accommodate you to change my flights to ones with reasonable layovers. My flight has been cancelled May 3 going through Hong Kong because of “covid restrictions” yet the new flight you have given me still goes through Hong Kong only 6 hours earlier effectively adding an extra day to an already arduous trip , not to mention additional expense ( hotel in Bangkok etc) all for the pleasure of spending 8 hrs in Hong Kong airport to catch the same original leg to Vancouver! Not Happy! Have been trying every number available on site to get some help with this as I am able and willing to fly on an earlier date to reduce layover times etc but have not been able to contact anyone Canada or Thailand!
