CoronaVirus COVID19 Travel procedures to Singapore – How to get MOM approval?
All pass holders (work pass holders and dependants) must obtain entry approvals from the relevant government agencies to enter Singapore.
Steps to apply and obtain Singapore MOM entry approval
1. Employers or company agents make sure their workers can fulfil the entry approval requirements in which COVID-19 tests and SHN (Stay Home Notice at the designated facilities or at home) are included.
2. You can use entry approval calculator to check when to request MOM’s entry approval.

3. Check the availability of flights to travel and the workers can be able to travel to Singapore at the pre-planned date before MOM’s entry approval request.
4. If the request is approved, you have to pay the entry approval charge. If the workers can not be able to travel on the planned date, the money is not refundable.
5. Request for MOM’s entry approval by clicking the link.
6. Once the request is approved, confirm the arrangements of flight for workers.
7. You are required to buy a COVID-19 medical insurance for the workers where the insurance must cover at least $10,000 for COVID-19 medical expenses if applicable.
8. IPA holders must complete their SHN before you can get their passes issued.

Travel back or transit to Singapore under COVID 19 Situation: Procedures and documents required to travel to Singapore
- Travelers who wants to travel or return to Singapore during COVID-19 issue should submit an electronic health declaration via the SG Arrival Card e-Services.
- Passengers who comes in short-visit visa to Singapore from Australia, Australia (excluding NSW), Brunei Darussalam, China, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam are required to apply for Air Travel Pass (ATP) or ATP approval.
- All pass holders (work pass holders and dependants) must obtain MOM entry approvals from the relevant government agencies to enter Singapore.
