Hi, my daughter has just returned from Norway on your airline and had left her brand new hoodie on one of the planes….she’s not sure if it was between Oslo and Bankok or Bankok and Melbourne.
Her flights were 15/7/17 Oslo to Bankok flight no. TG955 seat number 61a
And 16/7/17 Bankok to Melbourne flight no. TG 461 seat number 37a
If you could see if it’s been found I’d be so grateful. She bought it whilst in Norway and loves it.

I am trying to contact you in regards to something I left on a Thai Airways flight on Tuesday night from Bangkok to Melbourne. No one is answering the phone and there is no line for lost and found available.
