Hello,
On the 8th of october i had contact by telephone with the Adidas store about 2 items (2 All Blacks jerseys) I bought on my way home to the Netherlands and of which i have asked if it would be possible to exchange or refund. Today the 10th of october I would get some feedback, as this was an item to decide on by the manager.
Till so far I have not received any answer and it might be the case that something went wrong with the e-mail adress i gave (maybe wrongly spelled) or that I have to be more patient. But I do not know where I stand now at the moment and tried to e-mail the adidas store using above mentioned adress. Unfortunately the message bounced back as not existing adress???? After that I changed the adress in [email protected] (so with the extension .nz) and the e-mail was send…but still not knowing if this will reach the adidas store on the airport. My question is if you can forward this message to the Adidas Store on the Auckland Airport so that I can be brought in touch.
