How can you redeem Gift Card in Aegean Airlines ?
AEGEAN Gift Card can be used unlimited times till its fully redeemed.
- Enter the promo code on your Gift Card in the special “Promo Code” field during the booking process through aegeanair.com, olympicair.com or the AEGEAN app.
- Amount of the AEGEAN Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the total value of the booking.
- If you’ve already booked a flight, you can use your promo code to enhance it for additional services (extra baggage, seat selection, Fast Track service, sports equipment, or pet/animal transportation) via “My Booking”.

How to change AEGEAN Gift Card’s details (Name, wish)?
- Once payment was completed, changes can’t be made on AEGEAN Gift Card.
How to cancel the purchase of AEGEAN Gift Card?
- Card purchase will not be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable.
What to do, if the flight I used my AEGEAN Gift Card is cancelled or rescheduled?
- You can modify your reservation with no additional charges or request a Gift Voucher for the total amount paid for the original booking.
- You may request a Gift Voucher.
If the flight I want to book costs less than the AEGEAN Gift Card I received, what can you do?
- The amount redeemed on your flight or additional services will be deduct from the AEGEAN Gift Card.
- You can reuse the same promo code in the future for the remaining amount.
Terms and Conditions
- The recipient of the AEGEAN Gift Card will be able to book the ticket of his choice without restriction on the date of the flight.
- The buyer cannot modify / cancel the purchased AEGEAN Gift Card.
- AEGEAN Gift Card is non-refundable.
- The AEGEAN Gift Card does not cover ticket change costs.
- Gift Card purchased Invoice/receipt will be issued during the ticket issuance on passenger’s name.
- No redeem for tickets booked temporarily with the Hold my Booking service for Award tickets and services that are issued with Miles+Bonus miles redemption.
- For Business on Board points redemption, for tickets issued through Bank loyalty schemes points redemption and for reserving the children travelling alone service.
- AEGEAN Gift Card can be purchased by a Credit/Debit Card Visa & Mastercard. (Not supported by other forms of payment, such as PayPal, American Express and its currency is in Euro only).
- Ticket cancellations are made through the AEGEAN Call Center with a cancellation fee per ticket.
- For voluntary reissue of a ticket issued with the usage of AEGEAN Gift Card, it will be processed according to the fare rules.
- The card can’t be used with any other promotional code. Each booking can use only one promotional code.
