It has been impossible to find the correct number to call/ or communicate with AeroMexico regarding damage to a Tumi bag, from 3 flights booked with AeroMexico (Business Class). I am currently in Cartagena, and no answer in Bogota.

    First flight:Leon- Mexcio City Jan 23, 2019 Flight # AM153
Second Flight: Mexico City- Panama City Jan 23 Flight# CM#135:
Third Flight: Panama City- Cartagena CO Jan 23 Flight #155

My new Tumi bag was returned to me with a broken zipper on the main section of the bag as well as broken camera inside. The Tumi lock was nowhere to be found. My other TSA lock on a small compartment was still there. I have over 8 more flights to take in traveli in . South America (2 more months) and my bag is broken . Trying to get it fixed is a nightmare.

My baggage ticket: # AM 0139046808.

I have taken photos of the damage (after running around Cartagena to purchase a new camera), but there is nowhere to upload them here.
I would like to be recompensed.
