AGONY CAUSED BY AFRICA WORLD AIRLINE TO MY DAUGHTER.
I will need to contact a media house or expertise on social media matters to help me make this issue of your negligence go viral. My daughter boarded your plane ,she couldn’t find her luggage , your negligence caused her to missed her flight. You caused the entire family members to go through trauma. We complained and called,till now nothing has been done.
Below is an extract from one of the many emails sent to you :
“She boarded your plane on 04 AUG on an AWA 223 flight scheduled for 20:10pm take off and having 2 bags of 23kg and 19kg which we have to pay an extra cost of N56,373 for. This said bag was tagged with no SEQN: 028 BAGS 2/42 PRINTED: LOS/04/AUG 1803Z on ACC AW223 with 0 394 231709 AWA 231079 ”
