    Hi!
    I lost my luggage and complained accordingly.I got the resoonse in due time.I was supposed to collect
    the minimum compensation you gave me.I was informed by Mr.Rajeshand Prajesh that somebodywill
    call me to collect.But till today for the last 10 days nobody called me.Earlier I was advised to collect from Airport
    after February 01.Can I go and collect?
