Re: Baggage Receipt Refund

To whom it may concern,

I would like to ask for an exceptional arrangement on this.

Due to the last minute schedule change, the traveler has to rush to meet people after landed. In order to save the waiting time for luggage at airport. He decided to hand carry all of his baggage instead.

Would you please handle this case exceptionally and make refund to the traveler?

Hi, I am a Canadian but my daughter was born in China and was granted PROOF OF CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP and a Canada Passport was issued by the Canada Embassy in Guangzhou, China. Now can she board an Air Canada flight using her Canada :Passport without a China Visa issued.

The HK reservation telephone number given above is wrong and when it is called the correct freephone number is given in Cantonese and Putonghua only. To find the correct number on the Air Canada website is a tortuous process

Hi. I have been trying to contact Air Canada. The official website is rubbish – it constantly takes me back to the “contact-us” page and there is no option for just emailing. The phone number listed above gives what appears to be other numbers, but not in English. Who I contact and how?

Been trying to contact air canada regarding a mistake in my son’s travel details. He has been registered as female even though from his name it is obvious he is male. His name is AUSTIN JAI YU HEI WONG. There is no phone contact available in Kong Kong. Can someone please email me so that we can rectify this.

The telephone numbers are false,there is a constant engaged tone.

There is no known contact address.
AIR CANADA IS A BIG LIAR, THE COMPANY IS A PIECE OF SHIT.
THE IN FLIGHT FOOD IS SHOCKINGLY BAD,THE AIR HOSTESS ARE RUDE.
THE COMPANY IS SO BAD THAT I cannot find any words to express it.

I hope someone from Air Canada read it
