Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have a verry important and urgent concern. I have booked flight tickets for four passengers. The name of the passengers are:
– Maksimilian Shusel (E-Ticket-Number: 9995143029645) – Passenger 1
– Rebecca Diana Koch (E-Ticket-Number: 9995143029646) -Passenger 2
– Dominik David Shusel (E-Ticket-Number: 9995143029647) -Passenger 3
– Svetlana Shusel (E-Ticket-Number: 9995143029648)- Passenger 4
The flight leaves tomorrow at 1:30 pm, the flight number is CA 962 and the booking reference number of the airline is PK1NQ4(CA). We have made the booking by the company travelstart and the booking number is LCHEDD.
Unfortunately due to a programmic error of the company the name “Maksimilian Shusel” was taken twice, one time instead of the surname “Koch”, which is now missing on the electronic tickets.
On the electronic ticket of Passenger 2 there is now a “Rebecca Diana Maksimilian Shusel” instead of “Rebecca Diana Koch”.
We have contact travelstart by phone and they said they could not change the letters afterwards, but we should contact you to take care of this situation.
The online check- in for the passengers 1,3 and 4 are made today and we will come to you in personal for the correct online-check in for Passenger 2 tomorrow.
