Have tried to make contact 6 times this morning to the Airport Office . The phone rings about 10 times before getting cut off . Need to make contact as soon as possible please advise.

I have trying for more then 2 hours to book a bassinet for my daughter. I am flighting from Sydney to Beijing and phoned 0292327277 that is the office in Sydney. They gave me an email address that is incorrect. I tried to call again and been transfer to another number 1800860999 and I been on hold forever. They told me to call the Sydney office but no one answers and I am again on the phone wainting for someone to answer. I tried myself to find the email address online but I couldn’t. It supposed to be: [email protected] but results incorrect. This is very frustrating and I cannot be on my phone all day as I have a baby to look after.
Very annoying and very disappointing.
