    We have booked a flight to China with Air China and we find difficulty with your on-line services ( I see another customer complain about same) We could not do easy on-line looking at seats and reserve-. The form was English but later on we could not do our things because it was now in Chinese.! All your clients are not China – or do Air China not want other (English or so) speaking clients? Then they must advertise so to travel agents please.There are other options to go to China, but we were excited to use your airliner.
    Also – is your phone number working and will it be answered? Good client service is so essential. Please reply soon or I will refer back to the travel agent that booked us.

    Good day,
    I travelled from SA to China via Air China. Date 11 July 2018 Flight number 999-2549336416-17 (CA868) On my arrival 12 July 2018 at Beijing air port I had to take an second flight to Shanghai airport . On my arrival at Shanghai my luggage was not their. I only revieve my luggage 14 July 2018. I would like to be compensated because of the time in China without any clothes and I had to buy new cloths, and a lot of thing’s because Air China made an mistske with my luggage.

    So disappointed. Booked a flight from Changchun to Johannesburg and asked the sales lady in Johannesburg sales office about extra buggage. She gave me a figure of 1700 yuan for the whole trip. Now my wife was an extra 2100 yuan for local flights despite being assured she will pay once in Changchun for the whole trip. Should have used other airlines who are honest and no hidden costs
