    My wife and I have a reservation itinerary #7301893152382
    we have seat reservation 18 B and a8C for the flight from PEK to HKG but no seat reservation on the flight LAX to PEK. As both of us are over 80 years old, we have problem of climbing over other people in going to the toilet, would you kindly make an isle seat reservation for us in our reservation of LAX to PEK and back from PEK to LAX

    I booked my flight on line confirmation number MVRJP4, LA to Shenzen, departure on Jan, 6,2018, return Jan 20, 2018, but I received notice that air china just changed my return flight to Jan, 22,2018 without even asking me, when I tried to call back, I tried to call back x3 times, in the day and evening, each time holding for over 2 hours, no one answer the phone, very poor services. Please contact me asap,

Chantal, pero no hemos podido ya localizarla pregunte e investigue y me comentaron que Ella ya no esta. Pero ahora entonces ya no hay representante en Mexico?? a donde nos podemos comunicar y con quien para seguir con la relacion, ya que con ella le solicitabamos apoyo para la comision, la facturacion y necesitabamos apoyo para un cambio etc, etc.
