    I am trying to get information on extending an air ticket purchased through Air China. The booking # is PW3P3R. I was told by my travel agent that this ticket could be extended up to 6 months and to contact your office. How much extra is the cost? If you are not able to help, please give me another email address. I have tried your 1-800 number and it is very difficult to get through. Thank you.
