    Dear Sir/madam,
    Good Day.
    I have been trying to contact your Delhi Office via email ([email protected]) for the last 2 weeks, but unable to get any reply. I have already made the web booking for my trip, however unable to secure the seats which i need, this was the reason for my contact. Since there was no reply, i would try to visit them during my visit to Delhi during September this year.

    Dear Team,

    Kindly be informed that my travel is on 12th Feb 2020 with your flight Air China, But due to active Outbreak of a Corona-virus which is easily Transmitted from Human to Human and spreading fast in China as already confirmed by the China’s national health commission, Its a very Serious issue is going on in China.

    So I don’t want to risk myself and my family to catch up with such type of Virus while traveling.

    And as per news, first confirmed death from the corona-virus infection occurred on 9 January and since then 214 deaths have been confirmed while thousands of other are sick with the same.

    So request you to kindly cancel my return flight YVR-PEK-DEL and process full refund to Same mode of payment to my Credit Card as received.
