My suitcase arrived dammaged on Nov.28. 2019 in Lima from Brussels via Madrid. Air Europa has personnel immediately at the conveyer in the airport Jorge Chavez. M. Antony Salazar took photographs of the dammages and affirmed he would send them to this e-mail adress.I have never received these photographs.
Neither has been answered my official baggage claim to the company.
On January 2, 2o20 arriving from another flight, I went to the Air Europe office in front of the escalator in the airport Jorge Chavez, 2. floor. The inscription on the entry door of the offices says: opening hours from 9oo to 17oo h. At 9 30 the doors were closed! I was not the only person in front of the closed doors….
I took note of the phone number indicated on the door: 01-5173108. I shall try to call, but have little hope this number will work…
