Bien día, amablemente solicito cambio de fecha o reembolso. Me he comunicado tanto a [email protected] como al call center Avianca donde laboraba el colaborador. Actualmente no se encuentra activo por lo que no podemos ingresar a la plataforma.
[email protected] ha dicho que debo solicitar reembolso a AVIANCA y AVIANCA me dice que escribiera a AIR EUROPA por tal motivo estoy enviando a ustedes.
Espero pronta respuesta ya que el tiquete es para el 16 de mayo y necesitaría cambiarlo para el 6 de julio de 2019 a las 15:10 Madrid hacia Milan solo ida o el reembolso del dinero.

We sent my Portuguese mother-in-law from Lisbon to Medellin on 17th July. As she suffers from anxiety and does not speak Spanish we arranged for her to be picked up in a wheelchair. A stupid recommendation from the checkin desk to take the suitcase (big) onto the plane with her meant it was then taken off her at the plane door and put in the hold (so not properly checked in). This meant that when she got to Madrid she was met by the wheelchair support and taken to the luggage carousel where she waited for an hour for her bag and the wheelchair support did not think to say- forget the bag as we’ll miss the plane (as she trusted their judgement)… and, of course she missed the plane to Medellin (plus her bag still didn’t arrive). We have been trying to call AirEuropa for hours and all we get is an automated message to call later. Awful, awful service.
