I have called AF for the past 4 days and have not been able to speak with an AF agent. The line rings and then goes dead. This morning there is not even a ring I need to cancel my AF flight 065 for myself and my son on March 23rd returning on AF 066 to LAX on March 31st. I live in Manhattan New York and would like to get my Air France tickets in a location near me, not online. Is there such an office where I can reserve my flights? Thank you
I have not been able to find an answer to a problem with my voucher 057 159 771 741 8 Dossier TAR4VT for $639.95.The voucher appears as it had been used when this is not true. The flight originated September 28, 2021 was cancelled in advance. That’s the reason you issued this voucher plus two more 057 159 771 742 0 for $ 130.00 and 057 159 771 741 9 for $53.10. These two other vouchers appear pending for credit as I requested a refund in all three vouchers. The original vouchers indicated the ticket was refundable. Now on my last call to 800 237 2747 your agent Andres tells me it could be possible the voucher in concern was used in another booking? This is not true and if so I would like proof of it. I already paid KLM for a full ticket as your vouchers were not accepted by their system even the good ones. Locator MSl2h2 $683.37 for a ticket on September 7, 2022. I do understand these voucher credits takes months, but that’s not the issue here. I want to know what happened with the voucher in question. Many thanks for your attention to this matter
