My wife and I are travelling Virgin Airways firstly to a Barbados hotel, our allowance is 2 times 23Kg each, so 4 bags of 23Kg in total.
We will then fly on your flight 3S164 12:10 on the 8th August to Antigua.
I think your We site is indicating a 15Kg maximum for each passenger.
This is quite a mis match for us to overcome/
Is there any option firstly to increase the individual baggage weight of 15 Kg and the to add extra bags.
We don’t mind paying any extra due but we do not want to experience any issues at the boarding / airport process.
