    It is 14.02 PM 29 Nov 2018, I am continuously trying to contact the international baggage unit for the last half an hour on the telephone numbers 08800197891 and 01149637540, I am sorry to say that the person responsible for responding is not picking the phone. Is there someone who is responsible for keeping the things in order or every thing is left to go at its own.

    I travelled from Chennai to New Delhi, and from New Delhi to Copenhagen the 17th of October. Unfortunately I lost my handbag in the Chennai – New Delhi flight no. AI 143, arrival time around 11.30 am. It is a black leather handbag with my black scarf attached to it. My licence is inside my back in my purse if you need identification. If you need any more information I can give it to you. What do I need to do to get my bag ? I live in Denmark so what is the procedure ? I have tried to contact Air India without any feedback or Help!

    My baggage (Tag #0098296063) against Ticket# (00987704453478) did not make it from DELHI Airport to ORD Airport via direct flight AI-127 between the 2 cities on 16th Jan’2022. I have written multiple emails to baggage handling offices at DELHI & CHICAGO, and have called/left voicemails multiple times at numbers listed against baggage service at both cities. I either got no-response (most of the times), or at some other times have been directed to another email or phone number – without any actual resolution of the delayed/lost baggage, even after >21 days of the date of flight.

    Am tired of calling/writing emails and getting new case #s against my complaints/feedback. Please advise and/or settle this issue – the matter is very frustrating and reflects totally abysmal attitude towards customer service.
