Air India as usual, never help their travellers in case of any trouble created by them. They cancelled our flights due to coronavirus which is okay but when we call them on every telephone number available, they never answer. We have been in waiting list for last 30 minutes and no one answer. Disaster, shameless Air India leaders team and their customer service team. I request everyone to boycott this airline. Sometimes we fall in trap with cheap tickets, better pay more and choose another airline atleast we will not lose our precious time with this Airline.

Worst customer care service. No response. It seems they are just doing fraud and trying to fool the customers.
Hi Can you please make your flights bookable in Amadeus again? Want to rebook one flight and waiting 1 hour to get someone on the phone. Then I’ve been transfered to a special department who can revalidate the ticket… This line was so bad that the other side hangs up after 100 “hello, can you hear me” Then it starts over again…. That’s so rudiculous…. I will try to avoid book AI in the future…. The clock is ticking and no I wait since 11:32 to rebook one single flight…. Never again
Worst customer service. Customer care phone numbers are always busy, if connected transferred to another departments and finally, hung up during conversation. Shame to call it my nation’s national carrier!
I lost my mobile on flight AI 121 from delhi to frankfut on 30th may i am trying to call on those numbers provided i emailed to those provided in websites i dint have any single reply till now from any single person such a worst support
