Be carful on Goa Airport it`s a nightmare to check in…
Goa Airport my story:
Suitcase a bit broken – the helpful guys start making a film over it to cover what was really nice… Check in – i could take 2 x 23 kg – i had once 42 kg which was fine, i was thinking – still 4 kg left but no way…
Thats to much, you need to buy a suitcase – but there was nothing to buy it – they send me with a guy which works there to the duty free but they don`t let me enter even with the official guy not – ok back to check in – no way – ok then i send 10 kg of my things in 2 trash backs over sea.. i need to put a foil again over my bag – still 30 kg – so she said 7 kg over the 23 kg for one piece – then i need to pay 150 CHF and then i could check in – after this nightmare i got a bad seat for both flights and the woman on the check in told me – you know you are one of the last once because you take so long for everything…
BELIEVE ME 2x 23 KG mean 2 times and not one piece with more then 23 kg
The best of the story was the official guy from AIR INDIA which told the woman on the desk the follow thing:
YOU KNOW SHE IS FROM SWITZERLAND THEY HAVE MONEY SHE CAN PAY!!!
(i still now the name of the guy if somebody really care about the way their staff acts to clients)
I love Goa but this Check in was one of my badest one i ever had.. (The other one was Miami on the way to Panama) š

Why the hell duty officer is given phone when. He doesn’t picks up call
Called him 30 times in day
Picked up once and then again stopped picking up calls
Just asked him to divert a foreign national to reception
Gave all details of the passengers
Govt officials doesn’t behave that way
Air India need to update their contact information. Its very frustrating to call on the number listed on your website only to be told repetedly that the number does not exist. This is symptomatic of thae letargy and unproductivity of the national carrier where the babus wait the increse in dearness allowances and look for a bailout at the taxpayers cost. Please get your act together

I arrived Sunday 10.11.2019, in GOA. I had travelled on the AI30 flight from Heathrow UK to Mumbai, then I boarded the AI83 flight to GOA. When I arrived my bags were not there. I have been trying to call but have not been able to make contact. Can you advise how I get my baggage please? I have had to buy new clothes as I was dressed inappropriately for the Indian weather and I need my belongings as soon as possible. I have run our of money and my card for purchases is in my luggage. This is causing me some distress and do not know what to do. I am staying at the Rasta MansionSurfwala Road, Dando, Girkarwada, Arambol, Arambol, Goa 403424, India. Please can you advise of how to proceed with this problem. Thank you

Arrived in Delhi on Saturday January 28, luggage not there. According to the website it was sent after us to Goa on Monday January 30, have been trying all published numbers of Air India but none were answered or worked at all. Case ref delai57587.
