1. Ref tickets with PNR- HDMZC and Y6M72. details as under:-
(a) TICKET NO – 098-2130602113 & 098-2130602154
(b) ISSUE DATE – 03 AUG 2019 & 03 AUG 2019
(c) PASSENGER NAME- MR SUNIL DHINGRA & MRS SANGEETA DHINGRA
2. The tickets were cancelled on 04 oct 19 . Air india was e mailed will all necessary details. but till date refund of tickets has not been received.
3. customer care is clueless on the issue. when i spoke to them on 6 nov they said they cannot help me.
4. it is requested to take necessary action on the issue.
