Very difficult to contact Air India Kochi office on phone. Nobody picks up the phone. From their website I found a mobile No. Claiming to be customer care number..9060081703..
On 07.07.2019 I purchased a round trip ticket from cleartrip for KOCHI -MUMBAI – KOCHI journey. As I came to know that there was heavy rain in Mumbai,I contacted the cleartrip people to either reschedule my flight or cancel it as most of the flights were being cancelled..so they asked me to contact Air India Kochi office and confirm whether flight will take off…since there is 3 hours journey from my place to the airport…I kept trying Air India office numbers to find out whether I should start from here. i couldn’t get anyone on land number hence tried the mobile number…The person on the other end told me that they are unable to update and inform the passengers online…the flight is in the process of being cancelled….believing the words I didn’t start from here and the flight took off after being rescheduled three times….today when I again contacted on the same number the person said that Refund will be done..send details of bank to which refund has to be done or Google pay can be done he said…I am a bit skeptical about this whole thing…He said a link will be sent to me…and that I can upload the details there…please verify whether this is some spam or whether this is true
