We were travelling on the air india flight from Bahrain to Delhi on 8th of January. We were on the same flight as Dr Shashi Tharoor and last minute the plane changed and the plane was a full economy class plane. We were promised a refund and we haven’t got it. It’s been over a month and now the air india people say they need boarding pass. We were not asked to keep the boarding passes. Kindly look into this otherwise we will take this case to the media and other places since air india is stealing our money. We are very regular fliers with air india the last thing we expect is for air india to behave in such a manner.
