We (me+my wife) were traveling in AI 138 to Delhi.
When flight was on run way, one of passenger from business class, started heart palpitations.
Announcement was for any doctor in flight.
I have attended the patient and did need full.
I have filled medical forms which was asked.
I was hoping at least, message of Thanks from your airline…!!!
Anyway, I will continue to assist , when I will be needed if I am on the board.

I had a confirmed flight on AI 138 from Milan to Delhi on 9th December 2019. The flight was scheduled to fly at 20:00 hrs. However due to some technical issues with the plane it could not fly and was cancelled and we were informed of the same around midnight. On 10th December a second attempt was made however even then the problem could not be rectified. Finally on 11th December after much chasing around be were provided an alternate route to reach our destination of Delhi and landed there on 12th December at 09:30 hrs.
It was indeed a very stressful and frustrating experience. Huge amount of time got wasted just waiting for the flight. Have written to Air India about compensation and attached all relevant documents as required by them, but yet to hear back.
