I have been travelled on 17th April 2022 from Lucknow to Muscat Via Delhi. I have been booked my Bag at Lucknow and as per tag (AI 752150) I have supposed to received at Muscat but till now I could not receive.
My details of travel:
Lucknow to Delhi: – AI 432 (14:05hrs Terminal T-2)
Delhi to Muscat: – AI 973 (19:35hr Terminal T-3)
Sir,
When I have been reached to muscat my bag was not arrived after that immediately I have complained the delay/missing baggage desk in Muscat airport (Ref. MCT AI 16829).
But till now I am waiting only.
I have been mailed to [email protected] and as per their reply I have to come Terminal-3 and discussed they also give my the number which was only ringing even I call so many time one more number they told but on that number they said it is control room number not for missing bag complain office. Now I am helpless.
The response of all Air India helping desk is unsatisfactory they treated me like nothing.
The baggage items (cloths, food items and medicine) I am not bother about other items, but I need specially my medicine.
Kindly help (do need full from your end) me to find my bag. My financial lose is approximate 19000 rs.
