Hello this is Mandeep Singh Mehts, my wife is flying from Sydney on Air India AI 301 from Sydney to Delhi at 10:45.I was just wondering if I can get I information of her check in. I have been trying to reach the reservation/ticketing and customer service office since yesterday . I have held the phone for more than 3 hours but no luck.
I had booked a ticket yesterday online for 15/03/2022 from SYdney to Mumbai and the money got deducted but I was not issued any ticket or PNR.
I have been trying several times since yesterday to contact Air India customer service but no luck at all. Every time i have been on hold for more than 1 hour. Two times I was on hold for more than 3 hours but no luck.
I needed help urgently. Now I am thinking of going to to airport directly and talk to the staff present.
what is the use of havinng these phone numbers when none of them are in use!
