Would like to share one experience with staff of Vadodra airport
My mother in law arrived from Canada day before yesterday. Landed at Delhi by A I on 21 st September 23 I . Missing one bag and lodge a complaint . Received receipt and told that get your bag at home
Yesterday morning received call from Delhi Air port that kindly let us know near by Airport to Surat as there is no direct flight to Surat , Amita mentioned Baroda is near by to Surat . They told that collect bag from Baroda Airport.
We tried a lot . Influenced too to get bag at home as per rule but all in vain
Yesterday night got call from Baroda airport that , we will deliver your bag to your home tomorrow around morning . You don’t travel to Baroda. I asked that gentleman how much amount I had to give him . He said nothing . It’s as per rule , we have to give it your doorstep . Would you please collect from Surat Station ??
I said ok
Today morning at 10.30 , I received call from Mr XYZ and told me that he is at Surat station . I requested him to come to my home and he willingly came at my home and handed missing bag to us . He verified passport and complaint letter . And I thanked him and gave life Upto station
A big thank you to Air india Batoda as saved us from hassle as we were going to Baroda today to take our bag
