    I’ve travelled in Air India on 29oct with my family from VTZ-BOM-ICN. I lost one checking bag weighing approximately 25-27 kg for your identification the bag is in RED colour.
    The carrier bag tag number is AI946110
    I’ve travelled through AI 651 and AI 310.

    The air india people at vskp airport told us that the baggage will go directly from Visakhapatnam to Incheon.
    At Incheon out of 5 bags, 1 check-in bag is missing. To whom i should contact???
    Air india vskp, mumbai or at Icheon.
    or i should sit quietly because i’m screwed up.

    2 day at 1715 hrs i called on 0891-2572020. Once some one has picked and immediately kept the receiver aside.Again i called 2,3 times but no body has lift the pone.Act i have a query regarding flight rescheduling and charges.
