I was ripped off for 700 dollars at the Colombo Sri Lanka Indian air lines office and was given a fake receipt ,
The agents name was Kasun, I need to call back please not happy going to report you guys to the BBB if I don’t get a resolution immediately
Ticket shows to luggage’s of 23 kilos , he let only one for free and charged me 700 dollars gave me a fake receipt , was trying to pocket the cash for them selves
Not Happy need to resolve this

WHAT IS STATUS ????
I was flying on Air India to Nepal; Going was no issue because there was only one transit but in my return journey i i had to go through two transits in India in which visa was needed and was not having it. When i asked the air India officer in NEPAL that whether is it possible to convert my ticket to fly colombo from Delhi rather going through Chennai. He told me the only way is buying a new ticket to fly from Delhi. when i asked him about converting the existing ticket it was seems to me like he was very keen to sell a new ticket than any thing. finally i had to buy a new ticket in Nepal to fly colombo from Delhi. I am feeling like non supportive and mislead.
This is regarding Air India booking reference number HDJST, Delhi-Colombo-Delhi. I came to Colombo four days after the bombings by the terrorists. My return trip is by AI-282, departing Colombo at 8:20 am. Due to the advisory of arriving at the airport hours before the flight departure, I decided to advance my departure flight at 3:00 am from Colombo by AI-284. The first issue is – although I bought my ticket online from the Air India website, they do not allow any alteration online. (This is so stupid of them; they apparently cannot see the benefits to both them and their clients if they do this job online.). Secondly, nobody answers calls to Air India, both here in Colombo and in India. So, how does one do a smooth and seamless business with Air India?
