    Just a general query. I hope it gets escalated and fed into the brains of people who align trainings for Air India.

    Do the Air India employees are not trained or taught about common gestures?

    Is there a rod in their neck which doesn’t bend to say thankyou or sorry or please?

    Are they doing any favor to society by attending or responding to calls? which somehow results in their behavior which is so poor and impolite?

    Air India customer care service is not aware of holidays and office hours of ticket booking centres in delhi.
    Air India safdarjung booking office nos not responding.
    Shame on national carrier services and quality.

    I did a mistake in filling of dates ,my ticket has been booked of 29 April instead of 29 march , from Almaty (Kazakhstan) to dehli , customer care is not picking up phone and not responding of mails so can anyone say me what to do

    I have to reschedule my flight as no International flights will be allowed to land from 22nd Mar for a week.
    Repeatedly trying to contact Air India without any success.

    Either no one is picking the phone or showing waiting of > 30-40 mins.
    What a pathetic service of AI.

    I can never reach the numbers listed on Air India site.

    Air India sent message May 14 that my May 16 flight from Delhi to Paris was cancelled due to Covid-19 virus.

    I have been trying to reschedule or get refund but I can’t reach them by phone. My Visa will expire sy & I am required to leave India.

    My query is that I need to fly my pet dog, from Delhi to Pune, in a dog crate that will need to go into the cargo hold. What is the process for this – where do I handover the dog to the airlines and how do I make the payment for transporting my dog?

    Respected Sir
    My self Suparna Dey from PCBC FOREX and TRAVELS PVT LTD . Our IATA number is 1432607 and I have issued ticket for 9 pax and PNR was J83W4 from CCU TO IXZ and that time date was 16th august but from your end 16 th August did not retrieve in air india portal and contacted to customer care on 15th august 2020 time almost 4 pm  they said  flight has been cancelled according to customer care confirmation and they told me flight available 23rd august  / 26th august & 28th august . After that I asked the passenger which date they want to confirm and they said 23rd august then I told customer care please issue the ticket on 23rd august and after almost 1 hrs 02 mnts conversation PNR JJTPS  provided to me then connection is auto disconnected  . Then again I called customer care number almost 5.03 pm and after conversation 16 mnst 24 second ticket re issued  and then this PNR  JJTPS  retrieved in Air India website and saved PDF copy and sent to agents. But yesterday an agent called me and he told me PNR was not retrieved on the air india website. After That I again called customer care and they said the ticket has been cancelled . How it’s  possible ??? Every conversation and Ticket copy is attached to you . And we never request for cancellation on this PNR  . Please Please its a request listen every conversation carefully then Please resolve it before journey . Another attachment sent to you when I retrieved the PNR on date 15th august In my PCC ID then here showing two segments of same date  same sector and also same time and here it did not show any ticket number . So please resolve this issue urgently and it’s my humble request. Please reinstate the segments of this PNR JJTPS.     Again I am telling you we are never request  for cancellation to your and your customer care number.

    Please note that me and my wife were travelling to maldives from 17th to 21st April via air india but before travelling we both were having symptoms of covid-19 and after getting tested i got positive and my wife’s report was negative but she is equally infected as we are living together. To prevent others from this virus and also to prevent spreading of this virus we decided to postpond our trip. Its a humble request from Air India that please generate credit note for my etickets so that i continue to fly with air india in future. Hope you will understand this and do the needful.
