Good Morning. We had made arrangements to travel from Goa to Bahrain via Delhi. We were issued boarding passes till Delhi and had been informed that the onward boarding passes be collected at Delhi international airport. This is very absurd on Air India to do this for passengers to collect their boarding passes at Delhi where one has to stand in line along with the ones who want to check in with their baggages. Not to mention the harassment melted during this entire episode. Again at the boarding gate we are told to produce all papers again. Kindly ensure that Air India issues boarding passes at Goa airport itself after going in details through the documents the passengers produce at the Goa desk. This will create a positive image for the passengers to travel Air India in sensible fashion.
Kindly look at the prospects of improving this procedures.
    Regards

I arrived to Goa on the first week of January. The service on the flight was a disgrace.
None of my the gadgets/entertainment were working. The toilet seats were broken. Only the engines and navigation were working.

Now in Goa I tried to contact your office now of the phone lines are working. Same as on the flight

I just wanted to know if I need to do a RT PCR test.
