Hi,
I rang Air India Booking office Guwahati to reschedule my flight. The lady over the phone told me, quote “Due to Coronavirus, you have to come to the office and make the changes or go to the airport Air India counter”. I find it laughable as I think, it should be the other way round.
Now, I do not live in Guwahati and the reason we are rescheduling the flight is because our International flight to Aus (connecting flight from Kolkata to Singapore) is cancelled and we have re-booked flights with Singapore Airlines- OVER THE PHONE.
I pity Air India as to what service they are providing.
I absolutely have no hope that someone will respond to this comment, let alone helping us with the rescheduling.
I will keep trying the call centre number until someone actually answers my call as I have been trying to call all the numbers, including the Australia number and it keeps saying number not valid.
