    I was supposed to fly from Hyd to Chicago on April 24th with my parents, but due to being infected with Covid, we had to cancel our flights 2 days prior. We are trying to reach you for rescheduling our flights for May 7th. Airline office contacts provided online are non-responsive. We live 180km from Hyderabad and cannot come to office for rescheduling our flights due to the daily lockdown. Please help us book flights for May 7th.

    I am experiencing the problem of getting an e-ticket though payment is made inspite of complaints to the call centre. and non-call centre . CARELESS PEOPLE RIGHT FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP, SOME NUMBERS DONT WORK. EVEN AFTER LONG WAITING TIME, NO RESPONSE.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
    A lady staff at Air India Office at Saifabad, Hyd denying wheel chair assistance for my parents for a direct flight from Hyd to Chicago, and asking a medical certificate for proof.
    Such bad service by Air India staff really killing Air India business even after takeover by TATAs. I belived that TATA will enhance the quality of service of customer, but its futile.
