It is indeed frustrating that since last few days, from AI-customer service: 020 7760 3290 no one picks up and the same automated message keeps going on and on. Many times I waited for more than 30 minutes….Also AI Brentford office numbers 0208 231 8760/8761.are either engaged or no one picks up the phone…AI leadership must take it seriously and take corrective measures. It would appreciated if AI officials try to understand it from Customers’ point of view and improve their services.

Very poor service on telephone as you are constantly put on hold for 20 minutes and passed to another department who do not have any of the details you have just given and then have to give it again. Then put on hold again and then disconnected. I am have been trying to change a flight for an hour and… on hold.

Yesterday I received call from 020 82318760 for Booking tickets under Under Vande bharat mission to chennai. As per conversation, the details were confirmed as submitted to HCI – london for evacuation. I was suppose to receive the ticket by evening yesterday but still haven’t received it. Please don’t waste your time to call to AI office in Brentford. I am sitting in the office when I am typing this, and nobody is there to attend any calls it keeps ringing all the day. The only option is to come directly here, prepare to spend all the day here with food and water. They took atleast 2 hrs to serve one person. Better to come in the morning at the time they open. Don’t get frustrated there is no way to log a complaint. Hopefully it will be better when Tata takeover the business. Thank you for choosing AI.

The Air India Ticket Reservation Service is totally non-existent. I would suggest that anyone wishing to use this airline should be aware that they will be unable to cancel or amend their flight tickets without a great deal of trouble and frustration. When I did get someone to answer they declined to give me the ticketing reservation telephone number!! That is as helpful as you will find.
Many of the telephone numbers do not function and show they are unobtainable.
Good luck anyone trying to get their tickets changed or cancelled.
Never fly with this company, They are a joke the customer service is so frustratingly bad. They take you down a wormhole and then hold you like a prisoner then hang up. AVOID LIKE THE COVID.
If you need to go to India walk as you would get there in a much better mood, quicker than having to deal with this absolute shambles of customer service.
