    I want to clarify that can I take my pet dog in Air india todays night flight from muscat to chennai …bfre Booking my flight I called the Air india customer service in india and they informed me that pet dogs r allowed In air india as accompanied baggage ..and taking their words I booked for todays night flight and all the documents for my pet dog to travel r issued in the name of air india ..but when I called today to reconfirm if pets r allowed to customer service ..all of a sudden they said that pets r not allowed ..i m taking my pet from muscat to chennai …takinh the words of them I booked my flight and at the last moment they say that pets r not allowed… Pls inform me with what I should do next….my grandfather is really serious and he can pass away anysecond and at any cause I need to go to chennai tomorrow …pls respond as earliest as possible …my flights is at 11 pm tomorrow …and my flight number is Al 908

      you can carry maximum of 55 inch tv. For tvs above 38 inch you need to pay OMR 48 for cargo charges + OMR 4 airport handling charges. While carrying TV to Hyderabad please carry TVs original bill. In Hyderabad custom people calculates charges based on bill produced. you need to pay 39% of bill amount as customs duty.

    Air India Muscat office , I tried several times to call on this number 00-968-24762100 but * No one is there to receive my call* on Saturday 3.30 pm 16 Feb 2019.
    As they mentioned in there website Working hours
    :08.30am to 05.30pm
    Lunch time:
    1.00pm to 2.00pm
    (Sat to Thu)
    Weekly Off: Friday..

    Please have a look for the inconvenience I am facing.

    I would like to know that i book the ticket on 28th March 2019 threw the Air India website. The travel date is 1st July 2019, now i want to cancel the ticket Because of my travel plan changed. If i cancel the ticket i will get full payment means what i pay 78.200 OMR. or any deduction please suggest me.

    I sent one refund request of ticket and I received email on 13 Dec 19 from air India that I will get money with in 8- 10 working days’ did, t received money till today and I am sending emails but no response.

    I have booked Air India round ticket from MCT to MAA on 19th May 2020 (from MCT) and 13th June (from MAA). Due to this pandemic situation, I understand that the flights has been cancelled, however I have not received any communication from the air line on cancellation/refund/re-scheduling of my ticket. I tried reaching customer care several times and they keep telling that they will communicate via email and their words disappear in thin air.
    I am made to run like a headless chicken in this tough times. I have been a frequent flyer with Air India and this poor customer experience makes me regret with my decisions

    Nobody Receiving phone during urgent situation.
    all staff are useless. Just getting free salary. If you don’t want response then why mention customer care number and manager number. 00-968-24762100. No even email replying. Shame on air india management.
